A culture of fairness and respect

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy underpins fair hiring and inclusive workplace practices globally. We support flexible working arrangements that meet individual needs and promote a culture of acceptance. In 2024, we also rolled out mandatory anti-sexual harassment training to further strengthen awareness and accountability across the business.

In 2024, we introduced a Board Diversity & Inclusion Policy to ensure that our leadership reflects the diverse talent within our business. With a focus on increasing representation of women and individuals from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds in senior roles, we’re setting the tone from the top and creating a stronger, more inclusive culture that drives better outcomes for all stakeholders.
